The challenge of
being humanitarian

... and not get burned on the way

How do I feel after some time at work?

When the expectations that I have created for myself regarding the work that
I was going to do are not fulfilled and I find a reality that exceeds my capabilities.

"I feel frustration at not being able
to respond to so much demand"

"I'm feeling more and more tired
and I can't get enough rest"

"I just manage to work, I don't think
I have any more life than this"

"I'm exhausted by always having to
be strong in the face of adversity"

I will help you reduce the emotional overload of working in a hostile environment

Through therapeutic sessions, which cover different aspects of your work environment, you will acquire the necessary skills that will allow you to communicate adequately with supervisors and colleagues in order to clarify the tasks to be carried out on a daily basis, establishing some basic limits that will help you to better dispose of your time. With the adapted training in decision making you will feel more competent in your job reducing the stress caused by the demands of the context. Likewise, a correct review of your abilities together with learning to manage your emotions will help you to adapt better to a conflictive environment, to detect early signs of fatigue and to prevent further damage (BURNOUT).

How can this process be useful for you?

It will help you identify those situations that take energy and motivation away from you on a daily basis, equip you with the necessary tools to solve them and face the demands of the environment without so much emotional wear.
