How do I feel after some time at work?

When the expectations that I have created for myself regarding the work that I was going to do are not fulfilled and I find a reality that exceeds my capabilities.

"I just manage to work, I don't think I have any more life than this"

Through therapeutic sessions, which cover different aspects of your work environment, you will acquire the necessary skills that will allow you to communicate adequately with supervisors and colleagues in order to clarify the tasks to be carried out on a daily basis, establishing some basic limits that will help you to better dispose of your time. With the adapted training in decision making you will feel more competent in your job reducing the stress caused by the demands of the context. Likewise, a correct review of your abilities together with learning to manage your emotions will help you to adapt better to a conflictive environment, to detect early signs of fatigue and to prevent further damage (BURNOUT).

Through a sequence of therapeutic sessions that cover different aspects of your reality you will be able to acquire adequate tools in interpersonal communication and assertiveness to establish limits, review your personal abilities, training in decision making, to determine how far you can go and learn emotional management techniques adapted to the situations you are exposed to every day.

You will be able to identify which is your preferential system when perceiving the world and the neurological filters that your brain uses to process that information, finding out, this way, how you move in the environment that surrounds you. What is the interaction between your expectations and what you find. 

"How do I relate to a complex work environment?"

You will analyze your abilities to carry out your assigned work, identify where and how to delimit the time and effort needed to carry out your tasks, and learn assertive communication techniques to improve relationships with your colleagues and avoid conflicts.

"What emotions do I recognize in me and how do I handle them?"

We will review each basic emotion and how it manifests in you, determining your emotional patterns and discovering the different ways to manage them properly.
